Books are said to be Man’s best Friend. Why not? Books are full of knowledge. They are kept in Libraries, Homes, Shops, almost everywhere!! From the old pen written Book to the new Printed Book, Books have amazed us and taught us a lot. The hardy boys are a series of mystery stories.                                                         Books first came from early Humans. They wrote on walls, parchments, Tablets, and lot more before paper was invented. Paper came from the word ‘Papyrus’ which was the tree that is used to make Paper. The famous five are a series of adventure stories.                                                                                         There are many Authors who write Books. Some of the Authors I know are Franklin W Dixon, Karolyne Keene, Enid Blyton, Dan Brown, and Anant Pai. Karolyne Keene wrote the Nancy Drew Mystery stories. For a family that has lived in many states, my family prefers Tamilnadu a well developed and perfect homestate. What is not there in Tamilnadu? There is everything in this state. Before some months, I went on a trip to a biosphere park. I saw many dog breeds . I always liked dogs, though my mother never allowed me to have one. I asked my mom for a dog for eight years, but my mom was firm about it as before.  Then one day, my mother asked me ‘do you really want to have a dog?’  I said yes.’ I will get a dog for you’ was the reply. So we immediately rushed to the dog shop. There we met a dog dealer. I always wanted a pug as a dog, so I asked the shopkeeper ‘do you have a pug?’ the reply was ‘ No, but I know a person who wanted to sell a pug who was 35 days old.’ I immediately asked the dealer to call that person. The dealer had called that  person . He was ready to sell the dog, but it was 6:30 pm [ In Hindu customs, a creature should never be taken away from its parents after 6:00 pm.] So, he did not agree to sell the dog. I never got selected to participate in the finals for the science exhibition for 5 years in a row. Most of the schools in the world have their science exhibitions straight away and who explains the best and brings a good model wins. But the rules are different in our school. First, we have a selection round and then who explains the best and has the best model gets selected for the final round. Artificial Satellite All these years I had explained well but I never had time to make a good model. So, that is the reason why I could not get selected for so many years.
